Complete recruitment cycle for Technical & Non-Technical positions Job posting on

LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & social platforms

Sourcing, CV screening, telephonic interviews & shortlisting candidates Scheduling interviews & coordination with HODs & management Maintaining recruitment MIS, trackers & candidate database Support in onboarding & joining documentation Employer branding & candidate lead generation

Desired Candidate Profile:

1-4 years of recruitment experience

Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Manpower Agency preferred

Strong sourcing skills on portals, referrals & networking Excellent communication & follow-up skills Self-motivated & target-oriented mindset Good knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
