Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle for
IT and technical roles
(Developers, QA, Designers, Analysts, DevOps, etc.).
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
Screen resumes, evaluate technical understanding, and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Collaborate with department heads to understand requirements and job descriptions.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Support employer branding initiatives through job postings and social media.
Maintain hiring quality and reduce turnaround time (TAT) for open positions.
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience in
IT recruitment
within the software or IT services industry.
Strong understanding of technical hiring (Frontend, Backend, QA, Mobile, DevOps, UI/UX, Cloud, etc.).
Familiarity with sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, selection methods, and interview evaluation.
