The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support core HR operational tasks. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment - 70%
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop hiring plans.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Maintain talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
Handle offer discussions and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
HR Operations - 30%
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee record maintenance.
Support attendance, leave, and payroll input processes.
Provide assistance in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Experience in recruitment (corporate or agency).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
