Key Responsibilities
:
? Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments
? Source and screen candidates based on role requirements
? Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
? Handle onboarding: assign forms, codes, and ensure smooth induction
? Track and manage intern/employee attendance and work status
? Maintain organized records and recruitment data
? Assist team members with software and daily coordination tasks
? Promote a healthy and positive work culture
Candidate Requirements

? Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
? Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal)
? Proficient in MS Office, internet search, and professional email communication
? Highly organized and detail-oriented
? Ability to work independently and manage remote coordination
