Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiter at Gaj Group, you will manage the complete hiring cycle--from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and finalizing selections. Your main responsibility is to implement strong recruitment strategies that support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source suitable candidates for the Real Estate industry using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals.
- Prepare and post job descriptions.
- Conduct resume screening, shortlisting, telephonic interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
- Work with department heads for hiring plans and manpower forecasting.
- Handle recruitment from fresher to senior-level roles.
2. Interview Process Management
- Conduct HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews with technical panels.
- Manage candidate follow-up, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Discuss salary as per company guidelines and prepare offer letters.
3. HR Documentation
- Manage employee joining documents, ID cards, and personal files.
- Maintain monthly employee records.
- Handle exit process documentation and relieving formalities.
4. HR Operations
- Support attendance and leave tracking.
- Resolve employee queries.
- Assist in implementing HR policies.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Fast resume screening ability
- Smart, confident, and active personality
- Real Estate hiring experience is an added advantage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in HR preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (Real Estate preferred but not mandatory)
