Lead Generation and Pay per Call

for North America, is hiring an experienced and results-driven HR Recruiter.

Key Details

Location:

Nikol, Ahmedabad

(On-site, Mon-Sat).

Probation Period:

45 days

.

Work Model Transition:

Mandatory

2-3 months in-office

at Nikol; transition to

Work From Home (WFH)

possible thereafter.

Compensation:

Competitive, based on experience.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Sourcing Expertise:

Must know how to source candidates through

paid ads and non-paid channels

for

local, other state, and other country

candidates.

Experience Mandatory:

Only candidates with prior experience and professional references accepted.

Fluency:

Must speak

fluent English

Tech Savvy:

Must know how to use

ChatGPT or Gemini

for recruitment optimization.

Interviews:

Must take

video interviews

for all remote candidates.

Reporting:

Must know how to do

daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

.

Punctuality:

Must be

punctual

and adhere to the work schedule (Monday to Saturday).

Location Commitment:

Must be able to

Travel to Nikol

for daily work during the initial period.
