Coordinate technical interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Assist in onboarding activities including documentation, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards during the recruitment process.
Support HR team in additional tasks such as
employee engagement
