Key Responsibilities:



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for positions across departments such as R&D, QA, QC, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Identify hiring needs by coordinating with department heads and understanding role requirements. Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, references, campus hiring

, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate technical interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases. Assist in onboarding activities including documentation, joining formalities, and induction coordination. Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards during the recruitment process. Support HR team in additional tasks such as

employee engagement

attendance

,

HR operations

, and

training coordination

, when required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
