??? Key Responsibilities:

Understand IT job requirements and role expectations

Source candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks

Screen resumes

Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

? Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or any relevant field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Basic understanding of IT job roles (training will be provided)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office and basic recruitment tools
