Job Description

1. Recruitment & Selection



Understand departmental manpower requirements and job specifications. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media. Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews. Coordinate with department heads for technical interviews and feedback. Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.

2. Onboarding & Documentation



Prepare and maintain employee joining files and documents. Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new employees. Coordinate with IT/Admin for ID cards, system access, and seating arrangements.

3. Database & Reporting



Maintain candidate and employee databases in Excel/HRMS. Prepare daily/weekly recruitment status reports and hiring trackers. Maintain records of open positions, shortlisted candidates, and interview feedback.

4. Employer Branding & Support Activities



Assist in job postings, career page updates, and social media recruitment drives. Support HR in employee engagement activities, attendance tracking, and MIS reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
