Key Responsibilities:
Understand client or internal hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job descriptions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and follow up for feedback and joining confirmation.
Handle offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
