We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process -- from identifying potential candidates to on boarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to attract top talent aligned with our company's values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Handle offer negotiation, pre-joining formalities, and coordinate with HR operations for onboarding.
Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
Support employer branding initiatives and career events (job fairs, campus drives, etc.).
