Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and networking.
Schedule interviews and manage onboarding processes.
Maintain recruitment reports and employee databases.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
2-4 years of experience in plant or manufacturing recruitment (PEB preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiar with recruitment tools and job portals.
Salary:
As per industry standards.
