. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through Indeed database, social media, referrals, and other professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings/interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate onboarding process for selected candidates.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and job fair participation if required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation is a plus.
