In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle--from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making hiring recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
Write and post job ads on various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Source candidates through databases, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone or video interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide timely follow-up
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Minimum 6 month to 1 years of experience
