location.

Key Responsibilities:-

Partner with hiring managers to define

staffing needs

and create effective hiring strategies. Write compelling

job descriptions

and post openings on job boards, social media, and career sites. Proactively

source candidates

through LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for

skills and cultural fit

. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. Maintain an organized

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

for efficient candidate management. Ensure a seamless

onboarding process

for new hires. Track and analyze

hiring metrics

(time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve recruitment strategies.
