Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for retail/non-IT positions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Support in onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist in employee engagement activities as and when required.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
0-2 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT / Retail preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 per year
