We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and help identify top technical talent. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, engaging, and onboarding IT professionals across various domains.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define IT staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for IT roles such as developers, cloud engineers, and cybersecurity specialists.
Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to refine hiring strategies.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics using ATS tools.
Skills:
Proven experience in IT or technical recruitment.
Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
