We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's workforce needs while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with zoho System .
Experience in bulk hiring or specialized recruitment.
