Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and references.
Screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
Conduct initial HR rounds, salary discussions, and final negotiations.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Assist in onboarding, joining formalities, and induction process.
Build strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
Ensure all hiring practices align with company policies and industry standards.
