We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Recruiter
to support client recruitment operations from the back end. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities while working closely with the Project Manager and client stakeholders. This is a
support-focused role
, requiring strong coordination and execution skills rather than direct client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with client teams.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely updates to Project Manager.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with internal and client teams to meet hiring deadlines.
Ensure compliance with client-specific recruitment policies and documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education:
Master's degree in human resource, business administration, or a related field.
