Kids Age Newspaper is an innovative educational concept for the students of Indian schools. It is an activity-based newspaper that captures children's interest in learning through images, stories, puzzles, and creative mediums like Solar Active, Rub & Reveal, Wet & Reveal, Glow-in-the-Dark, Coded, and 3D optical features. Our curriculum-mapped content caters to students from Kindergarten to Class VIII.

HR Recruiter

:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process. Source and screen candidates through various platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the selection process. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Onboard new hires and ensure smooth induction. Assist in HR operations like attendance tracking, employee queries, and basic HR documentation. Maintain effective communication with employees and promote a positive work culture.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English & Hindi - verbal and written). Proficiency in MS Office, Google search, and email etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Should be proactive, target-oriented, and passionate about recruitment.
