Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the right fit for both the company and the candidates.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

Sourcing Candidates:

Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies, to build a pipeline of potential candidates.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

Collaboration:

Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a professional hiring process.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as required.

Onboarding:

Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in [industry]. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong interviewing and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Preferred Skills:



Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, etc.) Experience working with recruitment agencies or handling high-volume hiring. Knowledge of social media recruiting strategies and online talent platforms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
