We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities. Collaborate with managers to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English is a must). Strong knowledge of recruitment cycle and sourcing techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers with excellent English skills can also apply.
