Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding) Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred Strong command of

English (spoken & written)

Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools Must be comfortable working from
