We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of recruitment techniques and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
Prepare job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
Manage applicant tracking system and maintain proper documentation
Schedule and follow up on interviews and feedback
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (optional for freshers)
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience in bulk hiring or technical/non-technical hiring (as per requirement)
English and regional languages
