Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other professional networks
Screen resumes and applications and conduct preliminary interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate database and reports
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
Support other HR functions as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Female candidates preferred due to team balancing or diversity requirements

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
