We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates who align with our company culture and values, particularly in the healthcare and service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on required skills, experience, and qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and documentation.
Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
Represent the company at job fairs, events, and on digital platforms.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruiting for the healthcare, beauty, or service industry.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Basic Excel and reporting skills.
