We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for open roles, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer assessments.
Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire and prepare recruitment reports.
Stay updated on employment trends and labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0- 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
