to manage end-to-end recruitment at Sakhiya Skin Clinic. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews to fulfill staffing requirements across multiple branches and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job openings and requirements by coordinating with department heads.
Post job openings on relevant platforms (free & paid portals, social media, etc.).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhunting.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic/video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with departmental heads and management.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct background checks and reference verification.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain proper records of candidate interviews and offer letters.
Regularly report recruitment status to HR Manager.
Key Skills Required:

Ability to handle multiple vacancies at a time
