Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct phone and video interviews in professional and fluent English
Draft and send professional emails and offer letters
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or related HR roles
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong grammar, vocabulary, and interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
Age: 22 to 40 years
