We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across departments, helping us build a strong team to fuel our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Source candidates using various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and campus drives
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Coordinate onboarding processes for selected candidates
Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient with MS Office and recruitment tools/portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
