Key Responsibilities

:

Source and recruit candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar positions. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for blue-collar and white-collar roles. Manage the hiring process for blue-collar and white-collar positions from screening to offer. Ensure timely and efficient recruitment for both types of positions. Maintain candidate database and build a talent pipeline for blue-collar and white-collar hiring needs.

Qualifications

Graduation is a must.

Compensation and Benefits

:

Salary: ?15,000 - ?30,000 per month + PF & ESI benefits.
