Position: HR Recruiter- FemaleLocation: GhaziabadExperience: 1 - 5 yearQualification: GraduateIndustry: Recruitment/placementRoles & Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates Search, screen & source profiles from Database, job boards, and social media through headhunting & referrals Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Recruitment coordination (setup interview, candidate tracking/follow-up, follow-up for the feedback, warm-up call, etc.) Coordinating with candidates and hiring panel for seamless execution of interview process Offers Closure collect and validate candidates documents, offer discussion and negotiations, secure necessary approvals, and release offer letters. Perform candidate engagement activities with offered and potential to be offered, candidates. Candidate/Employee database management Should be multitasking.DESIRED PROFILE Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. Highly motivated, self-starter.
