Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Draft and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
Support campus hiring activities, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Assist in conducting reference checks and background verification.
Provide timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Fluent English communication (verbal and written)
Strong interest in building a career in recruitment and HR.
Ability to manage multiple positions at the same time
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment will be prefferable.
