Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications
Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media, and internal platforms
Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and assess candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Handle all communication with candidates professionally and promptly
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Monitor recruitment metrics to improve performance (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire)
Stay updated on current hiring trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment
