Job Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for textile roles (Sales, Store, Merchandiser, Production, Tailors, QC, Designers, etc.) Prepare

JDs, job postings

, and manage candidate sourcing through portals & social media. Conduct

screening, telephonic interviews

, scheduling, and coordination with department heads. Manage

joining formalities, onboarding

, and documentation (Aadhaar, PAN, bank, PF/ESIC details). Maintain

attendance, leaves

, and coordinate with Accounts for salary processing. Build a

talent pipeline

for high-volume textile hiring. Ensure

HR policies

, discipline, grooming standards, and shop-floor etiquette are followed. Support

employee engagement

, retention, and training activities. Maintain HR MIS, daily hiring reports, and recruitment dashboards.

Requirements

Strong communication & negotiation skills. Ability to handle

bulk hiring

and urgent joinings. Knowledge of

attendance & compliance

. Good understanding of textile job roles & skill sets.
