Job Role:
This is a full-time remote HR Recruiter role at Void2one Solutions. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for planning, sourcing, CVs screening, selection, Onboarding, training and development, Implementing of recruiting strategies and hiring top talent (Recruitment) for our clients across various domains in India. Your day-to-day tasks will include job postings, resume screening, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiating salaries and offers, and building relationships with candidates and clients.
Freshers or Experienced HR Recruiters and having Experience in IT, BPO, KPO, US Healthcare, US Logistics, US Staffing, Singapore Staffing or any other US, UK or Indian process are eligible to apply for this role.

Skills required:
A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Fresher or 2 years of experience in BPO, KPO or any other industry preferably in a staffing agency, consultancy or a similar field.
Fluent English speaking skills and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of HR strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Roles & Responsibilities:
Screening and Sourcing of CVs and candidates
Updating job ads through various methods
Handle the Job portals and update the status of candidates
Manage all the Data in Notion or MS Excel to increase productivity and save time
Handle the new challenges, help to build the startup and increase the revenue 2X.
Direct reporting to General Manager or CEO .
Identifying future hiring needs
Professionally making of job descriptions and CV updating.
Confer with management to assess and identify HIRING needs
Execute recruitment plans
Managing of Database through Advanced Excel and Notion.
Source the most suitable candidates to fill positions
Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned searches
Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and processing candidates
Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
Assessing candidates' skills and professional details over the phone
Scheduling interviews and checking references
Attracting qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking etc.
Updating job ads through various social media platforms
Identifying future hiring needs
