Responsibilities and Duties
1) Initial screening of resumes for the purpose of recruitment.
2) Working on Junior, Mid Level and Sr. level requirements
3) Sourcing Cvs from portals, networking, internal database etc
4) Responsible for the entire life cycle of recruitment
5) Sourcing the candidates and taking reference from them.
6) Taking Interviews
7) Responsible for closure of positions.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Qualification: MBA - HR / MBA / PG / Any graduates
Under graduates can be considered only if having relevant experiencei
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
