. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and placing top talent for our clients across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements and source candidates through various job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) Screen and shortlist candidates through phone calls and assess qualifications Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Build and maintain candidate and client relationships Maintain internal databases and recruitment tools Follow up with candidates post-interview and onboarding

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Excellent English communication (verbal and written) Willingness to work in

night shift

(US Time Zones) Quick learner, highly motivated, and goal-oriented Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of IT technologies (preferred, not mandatory)
