Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter (Fresher)

to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards. Participate in onboarding activities and new hire documentation. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. Assist the HR team in other administrative and recruitment-related tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

Should be residing nearby Ambattur Locations.( Ambattur, Avadi, Redhills, Korattur and Near by Location Candidates can Apply for this Job Role) 15 KM Radius Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
