Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter (Fresher)

to support our talent acquisition process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various positions across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are keen to start their career in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements and hiring needs from the respective stakeholders. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability. Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities. Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment cycle. Support HR team in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
Required Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to screen profiles and assess candidate fit. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic email communication. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in BMS, B. Com, BBA, BA, B. Sc, etc. HR certification or course (if any) will be an added advantage.
Preferred Attributes

Internship or project exposure in recruitment or HR operations. Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Positive attitude with a strong interest in building a career in HR recruitment.
