to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to begin a career in HR and gain hands-on exposure across core HR functions. The incumbent will support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes in line with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires, including documentation and employee orientation.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination.
Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliances.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communications.
Handle routine employee queries and provide HR administrative support as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR concepts and Indian labor laws.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is an advantage.
Experience:
Fresher / Internship experience preferred.
