Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Source and screen candidates
Schedule interviews & coordinate with hiring teams
Maintain HR databases and employee records
Support HR documentation and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to learn and grow in HR
