Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update daily recruitment reports.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT & Non-IT roles.
Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview updates, and documentation.
Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with HR operational tasks.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and online job portals (preferred).
