Job Summary:



The HR IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for IT positions within the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand the IT department's staffing needs and identify the best candidates for the available roles. The HR IT Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.

Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical team members.

Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to negotiate and extend job offers.

Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar HR role, preferably within a technology-driven organization.

In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage with passive candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR business partners.

Ability to assess candidates' technical competencies and match them with job requirements.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
