Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports
Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate and support onboarding formalities
Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Male candidates preferred due to shift availability and departmental requirements
Proficient in MS Office and email communication
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the HR domain
