Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with client companies.
Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates for open positions.
Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage their progression through the recruitment process.
Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating job offers between clients and candidates, ensuring a successful placement.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including metrics on candidate sourcing and placement rates.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR team members and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar HR Recruiter role.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
