Job Summary:

TalentGuru is looking for an

energetic and motivated HR Recruiter

to support end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for

freshers who want to start a career in HR

as well as

experienced recruiters

who want to grow with a fast-growing consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Hiring

Understand client requirements and job roles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates and clients till closure.

Candidate & Client Coordination

Maintain proper communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Update candidates about interview status, feedback, and offers. Build a strong candidate database for future requirements.

Documentation & MIS

Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports. Update ATS / Excel sheets with candidate information. Ensure proper documentation for selected candidates.

Learning & Development (For Freshers)

Learn recruitment lifecycle, sourcing techniques, and interview skills. Understand different industry hiring requirements. Receive on-the-job training and guidance.

Working Hours:

Flexible working hours - 9 hours per day

Monday to Saturday

Weekly off as per company policy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
