Understand job requirements and create attractive job postings Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and managers Maintain candidate database and follow up with applicants Support the HR team in recruitment-related activities

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office Quick learner with a positive attitude Ability to work in a team environment
