Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles (IT & Non-IT).
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
Manage job postings and employer branding activities.
Assist in onboarding, induction, and other HR operations as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (0 - 6 months) in recruitment; fresher with strong communication skills may also apply.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
